1. Slack AI is now available to all paid users

Slack

Salesforce, Slack's parent company, has made its Slack AI paid add-on available to all paid users, offering expanded language support and generative AI features. The features address common issues users face on the platform, such as being overwhelmed with messages, having trouble finding important materials, and keeping track of different channels.

The Slack AI features include a recap feature, an AI-powered search tool, and conversation summaries. Slack also reassures users that the company does not use customer data to train LLMs or serve other clients. The Slack AI paid add-on is priced at $10 per user per month for Slack Pro and Business+ plans, currently supporting English, Spanish, and Japanese, with more languages coming soon.
